Budgeting for trip

Hi Friends,
I've been working on a plan to move to Italy for 3 months beginning in Feb. or March and I need a little help with budgeting for the trip. (If you read my previous posts I've had to change my initial plans a bit.) I'm going to rent a 1 bedroom apartment near the center of Bologna at least for 1 month. (I hope to live in 3 different places during my 3 month stay.) I'm thinking I can keep the rent around 1200 Euros a month. I plan to cook some of my meals, eat out as often as possible (lots of gelato!), and take weekend sightseeing trips to cities nearby. Do you have any advice on how much I should budget for eating out and sightseeing a couple of times a week? Do you have an idea of how much it might cost for me to live one month in Italy? Any advice on budgeting for my trip would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Best Regards,
Red Jeans
