Living part time in Italy or permanently

Hello Everyone, I just joined this
great forum and need your advice. I am a German- Egyptian, living in Egypt ( speak fluent Italian) and would like to buy a small house, under 100.000 Euro in the south. My daughter has an Italian passport ( from her father's side) . My question is: is it better to buy a house on her name and how will she be taxed since she also lives in Egypt and is a housewife? If I buy the house on my name and do not become a resident and only use it for vacation purposes for now how will I be taxed? Will I be able to open a bank account, register the gas and electric utilities on my name without a residency ? I know I can not buy a car without being a resident, I will rent one for the time I am there, but what about buying a Vespa ? I hope someone has had a similar experience and can help me. Thank you
