Getting from FCO to Rome

We're flying into FCO on July 11th, too late to get to our accommodation, who lives on Via Vibio Seauestre3,00176 in Rome(according to the map, on the subway line, altho I have no clue as to how late it runs). Our best bet is to find an inexpensive hotel room, maybe near Terminal Station. We're arriving at 10:40Pm(no checked luggage), so outside of a taxi(how much?), we may have few other choices that late at night. Another possibility is to find a hotel in or near the airport. Any suggestions?
