What cell phone sim card for Flornece?

I am moving to Florence tomorrow and have an unlocked iphone. My verizon service here in US ends tomorrow and so one of the first things I must do is immediately go to a cell phone provider and get a sim card for mobile phone service. I am looking for a month to month plan (the Verizon I just used for 1 month was $45). Any suggestions for me? Thanks so much!
