DC to Florence

I am hoping to move from Washington DC to Florence in November of this year. I have a background in restaurants and bars and have been working for a craft brewery distributor for the last 6 years.

I'm unsure of the visa process without having a job locked down overseas. Any help with this (or with anything really!) would be greatly appreciated!
