Treating Lyme & Co-infections

I came back from Italy 1.5 years ago and started developing symptoms associated with Lyme disease a month later. It's tough getting a proper diagnosis, and it's been holding back my move. I'm wondering if anyone has been treated for Lyme and or co-infections in Italy and, if so, where and what your experience has been?
