Nardò house available off-season

Hello, we have a lovely house in Nardò centro storico (Salento region of Puglia near Ionion Sea) that will be available for longer term renters during the off-season starting in Feb 2017 through April. It will become available for rent again Nov to April for the next few years due to our personal travel schedule. It is a stunning studio loft that has a spacious floor plan with a queen bed in the open loft and a pull out sofa. It is located on a secluded courtyard with a private roof terrace. Full kitchen with dishwasher, A/C and heat, and clothes washer. This is being offered at a very reasonable monthly rent. We need guest who can commit for at least one month. Please contact me for pictures and details. Perfect for a writers retreat, a young couple that can work remotely, an adventuresome retired couple or someone who needs housing while househunting or a renovation. Nardò is a gem!
