School for kids and work for husband in Intaly

Hello. My husband and I along with my 10 year old son plan to move to Italy in the late summer of 2017. We are looking outside of Rome. I have siblings and my mother in Italy and are wanting to be closer to family. We are interesting in sending our son who will be 11 to an American school in Rome. Does anyone have any thoughts, ideas, advice regarding how to proceed with this. Also, would it be easier for my husband to find work from the US here or easier when we are in Italy. I was born in Italy and came to America when I was 3 years old. I speak fluent Italian and have dual citizenship. We live ibn Connecticut. Thank you so much.
