Purchasing Health Care Insurance In Italy

At the risk of posting yet another healthcare question, I'm curious to know how to purchase health insurance in Italy, as a citizen, so that I'm covered while waiting for residency and enrollment in the tessera sanataria? I tried accessing The Italian Citizenship Forum, as recommended in another post, but (had trouble logging in (waiting to hear form the administrator). I saw a partial post by someone who paid 367 euro (or thereabouts) for the year for full coverage.

Thanks for your patience with this. This will hopefully be the final question regarding health care.
