Hi everyone - my wife and I will be moving to Florence in the next couple of months, about 8 months earlier than originally planned but I think our house sold quicker than we expected. The plan is to get a furnished tourist rental for about 3 months which will give us time to find a 'regular' apartment. My Italian language skills are still in development and I would not feel comfortable signing a lease until a lawyer has reviewed it and discussed the terms with me. Does anyone know of a good bilingual lawyer in Florence? BTW I am a dual Italian and Canadian citizen, my wife is not. I have my codice fiscale, but I understand that we will need to get a permesso motivi familiari for her when we get there. Does anyone have any experience doing this? Thanks very much!
