Esselunga a Casa

Has anyone used this delivery service before? We've been happily using our smaller/neighborhood markets here in Florence for fruits and vegetables etc, but buying large quantities of paper goods and the like is a pain. Esselunga's delivery seems perfect for just that kind of thing.

Unfortunately, during registration on the website, it won't accept our U.S. cellphone number....despite the fine print saying that they accept international cell numbers. (A cellphone number capable of receiving a verification code is required to continue with the registration.) We emailed them about this but they haven't gotten back to us.

Anyone have any experience with this?
