Help getting postage to Comune di Capannori

I'm working on dual citizenship with Italy. I've tracked down my great-grandfather's birth certificate on microfiche, and mailed the proper forms to Capannori. I sent a self-addressed envelope and 15 euros with letter requesting that it be used for postage, as I have no way to purchase postage in the US.

I have received a response from Capannori that I should mail them postage or have a relative drop it off.

Does anyone want to make $20 on paypal for mailing an envelope with some italian stamps to the Comune di Capannori? Or have another suggestion? I've tried calling dhl, they do have a location in Italy, but they say they can only schedule a pickup. I need the envelope dropped off there as well.

At wits end, any suggestions?
