Apartment Wanted in Oltrarno

Hi all - my wife and I and 2 well behaved cats moved to Florence this week, and we are staying in a tourist apartment for 3 months while we look for permanent place to live.

We would like to remain in the Oltrarno, preferably in the SS Spirito area (we're currently on Via del Campuccio, which is perfect). We'd like about 70 sq metres, a balcony or patio if possible, furnished, and around 1000 or so euros per month. We'd be prepared to sign a 4+4 contract, starting no later than November 1st.

If anyone knows of a place that fits this description, or can refer us to a reputable real estate agent we'd really appreciate it. I speak some Italian but am not by any means fluent, so someone who spoke some English would also be helpful.
