What do you do for health insurance when traveling to the U.S.?

Hi all,

I am planning to take a trip back to the U.S. this summer - if all goes according to plan - will be on both coasts for a total of 6 weeks. I've only found one company that provides travel insurance for people traveling from Italy to the U.S. Wondering how you handle this?
