I am stumped about the personal letter, i.e., what to write. I do not want to use cliches, and want to write a meaningful letter. We do not have any friends or family in Italy. We are retired, aged 78, and simply want to live the balance of our life peacefully in a quiet Italian village. We've visited Italy often and love the history, culture and people. So, what do I write? Would appreciate suggestions from folks who have been through this process. Our visa appointment is early August. Thank you.
