Non-Resident Bank Fees

We will be opening a non-resident account at Unicredit in Perugia. I've seen several references to the non-resident bank fees being high. Can someone give me examples of these fees?

Also does anyone use UNFCU (United Nations Federal Credit Union) to transfer money to Italy?
