Lucca Apartment

Hello all,
I am in the early stages of thinking about buying an apartment in Tuscany. I would not live there full time. Ideally I would visit often and rent it out when I'm not there. I have been looking at places in Lucca. I will be traveling to Italy in April. What is the best way to reach a real estate agent? Should I send an email to the agent listing one of the Lucca properties I like? Is there a way to connect with an English speaking agent before I arrive? I speak a little Italian, but for an important purchase I want to make sure I understand everything. Thanks for your help.
