US SSDI

When we move to Italy we will already have obtained our (the Royal OUR) citizenship and passports, we have been looking at property and, hopefully, will have all of our ducks in the proverbial row. The one sticking point is that I am on SSDI and have been for several years, are there any tips for how to have that designation continue once we have relocated? Thanks!
