Online Light and gas bills.

I’m looking for help setting up online bill payment for our electric and gas bills. We have Eni luce and gas, but we’re also getting notices from Enel. They don’t want to accept our Irish bank account because it’s “foreign “. We thought it would work because it’s in the EU. What suggestions do you all have? We aren’t residents. We live in the US. Help!
