ERV Income

Hello, As part of my application for an ERV, I am intending to declare passive business income from the sale of my business. The general terms are that I have sold the business to a partner who will pay me a fixed amount over a 5 year period. I am wondering if anyone has a similar experience with respect to passive business income and what you provided to the Consulate. I am assuming a notarized contract of sale and bank records of the payments.
