Rent Management Agency Rome

Hello

I am looking for a rent management agency, if such a things exists in Italy, in Rome.

In Ireland, where I am from, property agents get their fee from rentals by taking 10% every month, and for this they not only find a renter, but also manage the property. I have put my Rome house on the market, but the agents all seem to only take a month's rent as their fee for finding the renter, but this ends their involvement in the rental agreement.

Are there management companies who will take over dealing with the tenants after they have moved in? I am moving far away from Rome, so I would not be able to deal with any problems that can crop up, and I am also nervous about a tenant not paying rent and having to deal with that.
