Need to Check Title Deeds

Hi, new member on here hoping somebody can help me. I need to verify who the current owner is of a specific property: Which requires access to cadastral information via the Castato / Conservatoria (land registry) database.

I have tried contacting English-speaking Italian lawyers in the UK but none seem interested in helping. Another way might be help from a Geometra or Notaio, who can access this information, but I don't know any personally.

The property is in CZ Calabria. Although I have resided there several months a year, over many years, I do not yet have formal Residency of a Codice Ficale myself (but looking to obtain these before Brexit deadline)

Any ideas or referrals to English-speaking specialists who could make this search on my behalf?
