Elective Visa, financial requirements

Hello everyone,
I'd like to know more about the financial requirements for the elective visa.
Does the embassy require
1) a future income of 30K euros per year?
2) a minimum balance of 2.5K euros per month in one's back statement for the past 6 / 12 months?
3) sufficient investment where one can withdraw 30K euros per year ?

Please share any info / experience you have.
