Snowbirding in Italy beachside for a reasonable price?
Hi there!
I just watched an episode of House Hunters International about a family purchasing a house in Abruzzo for $40K.
I'm just wondering if there are any beachside places in Italy that are similarly affordable and suitable for winter stays (ie, reasonably warm in the winter months of December to April)?
Like it would be nice to purchase a property for less than $75K and rent it out during the rest of the year, and snowbird there for the winter months.
