Hi All. We are coming soon for our research-where-we-want-to-live trip. (About a week each in Bologna, Torino, and Pavia) I find that the "average" or typical rent prices mentioned for many towns is not at all what I find when I search. Just one example, an expat site says a 2-bedroom in Ravenna is $700. I don't see anything remotely in that price range on Idealista or anywhere. Numbeo says a 3 bedroom in Bologna centro averages 1340eu. Again, unlikely. Is there another site to get a real idea of what a flat will cost? Will we able to get a real estate agent to show us a listing while we are there? As always, any advice appreciated!
