Moving to Sanremo

I am looking to live in or near Sanremo for 6 - 12 months. Looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath near the sea. I don't want to have a car, so need good public transportation, especially for the train. I have a family member who lives in Menton (France), so would like to have the flexibility of traveling back and forth by train or bus.
Anyway, hope to be there by the end of March 2022. Any recommendations or advice will be greatly appreciated.
