I am in the process of buying a house in the Perugia area. Before I make the offer I want to have the house inspected to make sure everything works and it appraises at the asking price. Does anyone have a contact for a geometra or engineer in the area that I could contact? I could ask my agent - but agent for the seller and me, the buyer so I would like a non-involved third party to inspect.
