Buying Home part 2: the costs

I wqas reading an article in The Local about the average costs associated with buying a house. It was complex and not easy to follow but to make it more intelligible I created a spreadsheet that reflected all of the costs, potential costs associated with an average house. It's only a ballpark indicator and will prepare one for a worse or best case scenario. I uploaded it and feel free to use it or share it. I will also improve it if there are any mistakes or errors in it. I have both an excel version and a numbers (Mac users) version. I've attached a screen shot to give you the overall picture so you don't need the spreadsheet unless you want to pay around with the numbers to fit your scenario.
