Local Runs in Puglia In October 2022

I will be visiting the Puglia Region in October and would love to participate in a local Run or Walk (5K or 10K). I'm not sure how many, or if any, actually occur in the area. Would anyone be able to provide me with any leads on how to get information regarding this? I try to look at local posts on social media but so far no luck. It would be very enjoyable to run through local areas with a large group. Thank you!
