Puglia B&b?

Hi all :)

I am thinking of purchasing an existing B&B in a small town near Gallipoli in Puglia. I would like to know how frequented the general area is for tourism and the rental potential throughout the year. It seems that June, July and August has good occupancy but the property I am viewing does not open outside of these months so I have no understanding of the potential and if it is a profitable venture. Any advice on this as well as any general advice and insights would be much appreciated:)
