Consulate appointments for Elective Visa

Hello! My wife and I have consulate appointments for Elective Visa on the same day in September. I understand that each of us needs to fill out an Elective Visa application form. But what about other documents, like joint bank statements, bank letters, a deed to the house in Italy? Does each of us need to provide them separately, or because we both own them jointly, we can just prepare a single file of that paperwork?
