How to get a private doctor

Hello,

I've recently moved to the Bolgona area with my husband and children. We have private health insurance which we are happy with. We are here on an elective residence visa, which means that if we want to join the public healthcare system, we have to pay a hefty sum, per person. Our private insurance covers everything and is a requirement of my husband's company in Canada. My question is, how do I go about finding a private doctor, and how can I find an English-speaking one? Our Italian isn't good enough yet to converse, and definitely not on medical topics that may involve our children.
