What towns in Puglia or Abruzzo have good countryside yet have access to good hospitals/ health care, are close to train stations, and possibly airports?
Are the 7 percent tax villages in provinces participating in the retirement program worth living in? My concern is they are largely abandoned with old, decayed housing and lack services and a safe quality of life in Italy that would make less expensive real estate worth it.
Would love to hear any specifics about happy expats living in any 7 percent zone.
Thank you, and I truly hope my dream to live and retire in Italy comes true.
