Elective Residency

Has anyone applied for their elective residency through the LA Consolute? My phone conversations with them have been less than stellar and I'm hoping they are more pleasant in person. Also, what echange rate did they use for the guaranteed passive income? Current or the 1.30 on the website? Any helpful advice?
