Connecting with English Speaker at IKEA?

Hi,
This is my first post on EEItaly so forgive me if I am too verbose. Here's my problem. My wife and I are buying an apartment in Montecatini Terme. I want to order furniture from IKEA in Pisa to be delivered in July when we arrive, but I don't speak Italian.
When I call IKEA, I don't understand the recorded directory. All I need is to reach someone in Pisa's IKEA who speaks English.
Any suggestions?
