Internet provider (boring I know!)

We use Eolo for our internet provide with a dish. Suddenly it has stopped working despite having paid the subscription. Our Italian is rudimentary to say the least. Will don’t answer the phone or respond to SMS etc. Does anyone have experience of how to resolve this type of problem please?
