Looking for short term rental Ostuni

Ciao community,
My husband and I are looking to rent a property for 2 - 3 months in Ostuni, starting mid October.
We are surprised at how difficult this has been.
Our stay is to process my citizenship which requries a residential address.

Any advise from this experienced community would be appreciated.
