I want to move to Jamaica

I want to live in Jamaica. I am from the US and feel my best in jamaica. My kids are older and I am still relatively young. I am an artist and a talent director for an international talent agency. I thought i would start a school to teach the skills needed for modeling and commercial work. I would like to get some of the local artist online and selling their work internationally as well. am working on getting my passport right now and need to know what need to do next.
