Moving to Kingston

Hi all,

I'm not to the expat exchange and am looking for some tips/advice on moving to kingston.

I am a mid twenties, single guy who is potentially moving to Kingston for work. It would be great to get some information on Kingston.

Where to live? What sort of rent should I expect to pay for a one/two bed place in a decent area?
What is the sports and social scene like? (I am a cricketer, cyclist and scuba diver so I guess it's one of the best countries to move to!)
What is the expat scene like? (I want to meet expats but also I want to avoid living in the expat bubble)
What is the actual cost of living like? (Bills, food, gas, restaurants, etc)

Any help, thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated.
