we bought a house with the intention of spending more time there than we really are going to be able to (yet). we will let someone live there if they are capable to do work such as painting, install new vanities, tile floors, install fixtures. we will of coarse buy all materials.
it is in a beautiful location near jericho. just 15 minutes to lucea and 45 min. to montego and 45 to negril. quit relaxing place.
