People who have moved to Jamaica from Uk and set up their own business.

Hello. I am currently thinking of moving from the Uk to Jamaica my husband lives their and I want to experience living in another country. I visited Jamaica frequently before marrying my husband and have always had the feeling of home when there. My main concern is finding a job and renting I am looking to move to the stony hill parts of Kingston and rent until we are able to build or buy our own property. I am looking to do a trial couple of months just to see if I would like it but I would just like some advice on how to go about this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
