Can anyone recommend a reliable building company

Hi my mother lives in Newyork but has a house in Pembroke Hall, Kingston 20. She is elderly now and having lost her husband isnt really clued up on getting things done as it was always my father who would arrange things for her.

She has been finding it extremely difficult to find a reliable builder who can carry out some work to the property. Even getting quotes is difficult. Currently there is a tenant in the property and she wants to get some work done.

Can anyone recommend any companies who are reliable and honest as she is unlikely going to be able to go to Jamaica and over see the work.
