Retirement

My husband and I are considering where to retire...possibly work a bit as well. I’ve read some of the comments and questions and one thing keeps popping up...whether or not a person has some sort of connection to Jamaica or if they are Jamaican. My grand mother was born there. Through Ancestry I’ve located where family is buried and a few who still live there. Does this give me a direct connection and how would I go about proving it. Thank you!
