Jamaica Relocation

My girlfriend is from the UK and I was born in Jamaica and have a USA passport. We are both living in South Africa and we plan plan to relocate and spend semi retired life between her home in the UK and my country Jamaica in about 3 years. I migrated from Jamaica in 1974 and haven’t lived there since. Both my parents are deceased and I don’t have any of my birth cert details but I wish to regain my Jamaican passport to have dual citizenship. Hoe do I do this. PICA online has been useless and I’ve contacted several immigration specialist in Jamaica however they seen unmotivated.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to regain my passport?
