I'm interested in this area. Not Black River itself, perhaps 15-20 minutes outside, maybe Parattee, Treasure Beach area? Want to know if there are activities for children, good schools, what medical care is like, family friendly activities, warm welcoming community for expats in the Black River and it's suburb/outskirts area?
