Cleaning and Cooking Company

I'm in my 80s and my wife has passed on. I'm in need of someone to come to my home (Old Harbour) three times a week for 2-3 hours to do a combination of cooking, house cleaning and occasional ironing. I've tried using personal recommendations, but unfortunately for a variety of reasons (unreliable, petty theft, asking for favours, etc) this has not worked out. So I'm looking to use a professional company who employee vetted people to provide such services. Please can you provide some recommended companies. Thanks. Mr W
