football ticket-accommodation swap?

Hi there

My name is David Wood and I am a lucky British man who has managed to buy 2 tickets for 2 World Cup football games. These are England-Nigeria on June 12th in Osaka, and a 2nd round game between the winner of the France group (France!) and the second in the England-Argentina group. That game is in Niigata. I have a spare ticket for each game as my best friend has just had a baby and can no longer make it. I would be happy to swap these spare tickets for a few days' accommodation in the respective cities. Their face value is $150 and $225 each, not so great, but the huge demand means they are worth much more. I don't want to make money out of this, but would be delighted to stay with a Japanese or expat family/couple/person for a few days. I'm house-trained, a journalist by trade but currently on a break, and I'm not a fanatical England fan - just someone who enjoys good football.
