We may be spending two years in Japan, living in Toyama-ken and Saitama-ken. Friends from Japan have suggested we look at Leopalace21 for our housing needs. When we were in Japan last year, we spoke with a Leopalace21 representative in Saitama-ken and received information about their units and services. Even though their units tend to be small, it looks like a useful arrangement for us since they come fully furnished and equipped, there is no key money and the utilities are included in the rent. However I would like to hear from anyone who has rented or leased from Leopalace21 as to what their experience was with the company. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
