Can anyone in the forum please tell me any methods for collecting on a debt owed by a Japanese Company who offered to refund money on an item purchased, but after being returned has kept the item and all the money paid.
I know in the U.S. we have a few ways to pursue this. We have the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Small Claims Court, Lawyers, and a lot of social media groups that can spread the word.
I have always dealt with very honorable Japanese business people and I am very upset that this company has betrayed that trust. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
