Visa for Kazakhstan

Hi there, I'm planning to visit Almaty in July to visit my friend and her family.

After a lot of searching and emailing travel agents in Kazakhstan, I could not find any info on the Invitation letter that's required for Tourist visa.

I am a Hong Kong resident (Bangladeshi citizen / passport holder), and will be flying from HK.

Are there any travel agents that can provide this invitation letter?
